Contact CUVRR via the web or the customer support team. The service expert will direct you to the closest partner workshop and guide you on further process.
Depending on the vehicle's roadworthiness, the owner must get support from the facility of RSA if the car is to be towed or inform the CUVRR support team to help and arrange on your behalf.
Agree to cover dismantling costs if the part is not covered in an extended warranty.
If the Part is covered leave it to us to take care of the cost, just agree on the parts depreciation cost if applicable to initiate the repair process.
