• Teleconsultations will be conducted virtually, with your assistance, using your smartphone or other devices to provide us with visual and auditory access to the vehicle's components and functions, and in case required we shall visit to identify the concern that will incur additional costs.
• When the inspection is over, we will give you a report of our findings and recommendations.
